Three things you occasionally need and should not have to install software for: a QR code, a YouTube thumbnail at the right size, and a password that is actually random.

The QR generator takes a link, text, a phone number or a WhatsApp message, and will put a logo in the middle with the error correction raised so it still scans. The thumbnail tool crops and exports at 1280x720, which is the size YouTube expects. The password generator uses the browser's own cryptographic random source rather than Math.random, which is the difference between a password and a number that merely looks like one.

Worth knowing about QR codes: a code holds a fixed amount of data, so a long URL makes a denser, harder-to-scan image. Shorten the link before generating rather than after, and test the printed size on a real phone — a code that scans on a screen can fail at the size it ends up on a poster.
